QUAKE HUMOUR
Went to get a coffee from Coffee Culture after lunch on Tuesday.
Grasped the door handle and a 6.3 hit.
No warning noise just fierce, merciless shaking.
I swung around on that swinging door for what seemed like ages.
First time I have gone for coffee and been given a free shake as well!
Lined up for water at the local school this am.
Someone asked the water carrier driver how long he would be there for.
His reply?
"I retire at 60!"
I love kiwi interchange.
Sadly while I swung on that door people died.
I can hardly grasp that thought yet.

Oh Mum. P.S Isn't that the second time a bad quake has hapened while you were getting Coffee? YOU ARE THE CAUSE!
